How do I connect my Google My Business and Yellow Pages Connect accounts?

A Google My Business profile needs to be created, verified and connected to Yellow Pages Connect for us to be able to keep your location data updated.  

 

 

  1. Go to the directories overview and click ‘Connect’ next to the Google logo to start the process. 
  2. A pop-up window will open showing you details of the location you are about to connect. Click ‘Start’ 
  3. Log in to your Google account using your email and password. 
  4. Allow local listing creator to manage your business listing on Google. 
  5. The location found in Yellow Pages Connect will appear. Click ‘Create and connect’ to add your GMB profile to your google account. Your business location will appear, click ‘Confirm’ to connect to Yellow Pages Connect  
  6. Your GMB profile is now connected to Yellow Pages Connect! You can check this on your ‘Directories’ tab

If you do not have a GMB set up, you need to create one. Click on ‘More options ‘and then ‘Create account’. You must fill in your details to create your account. You will need to wait for Google to send out a verification code to your address before you can verify your location and your GMB goes live.
