Profile completeness is a measure of the amount of information provided about your location in White Pages Connect. The more rich content you provide, the more likely you are to entice potential customers to view and choose your business.
There are four levels of profile completeness:
- Required (business name, address, phone, categories)
- Basic (opening hours, short or long description, photos, Google attributes)
- Advanced (keywords, services)
- Bonus (website, email)
Profile completeness will give percentage of ‘completeness’ based on how many of the fields within the portal have had content mapped to them. It will also make suggestions on what you can do to improve your profile ‘completeness’.
